I opened my new bag of matcha today, and I bought a pair of 茶杓! (chashaku)
So now I have the entire set of Japanese tea ceremony eqpt.

Ok..
Genmaicha is usually quite low in caffeine, since it's 70% genmai + 30% tea leaf/stalk
But I forgot the one I bought was maccha + genmai + tea leaves, caffeine's effectively up since there's maccha.
I drank a cuppa or two or perhaps three at 11pm last nite and I'm still wide awake now.
Big breakfast anyone?
